This notice explains how Olfibelle uses email for reservation, product, and marketing communications.
1. Transactional emails
If you place a reservation or request a refund, we may send transactional emails such as reservation confirmation, payment receipt or Stripe confirmation, refund confirmation, reservation status update, product availability update, shipping target update, final purchase invitation, customer support replies, and legal or policy notices related to your reservation. Transactional emails are necessary to manage your reservation and may be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
2. Marketing and product update emails
With your consent where required, we may send product progress updates, Olfibelle launch announcements, early-bird availability reminders, product education, smart home and safety-related content, and offers or promotional messages.

Use this checkbox wording near the reservation flow or checkout where technically possible:
I agree to receive Olfibelle product updates, launch emails, and early access communications from Smart Nanotubes Technologies GmbH. I can unsubscribe at any time.
This checkbox should not be pre-ticked for Users in jurisdictions where opt-in consent is required.
4. Unsubscribe
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact sales@smart-nanotubes.com to update your preferences.
5. Email service providers
We may use third-party email service providers to send, manage, and measure emails. These providers may process your email address, engagement events, and unsubscribe status on our behalf.
6. Email analytics
Where permitted, we may measure email opens, clicks, delivery, and unsubscribe activity to improve communication quality and prevent abuse.
