Olfibelle is not currently shipping as a finished consumer product. The website accepts refundable reservations for a planned launch.
2. Target shipping window
The target shipping window is Q4 2026. If we cannot ship within this target window, we will provide an update. Reservation holders may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund of the USD 5 reservation deposit.
3. Countries and regions
We may target the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, and other markets. Final availability may vary by country. Shipping may depend on product readiness, regulatory review, certification status, import and export rules, local product requirements, tax, VAT, customs processing, logistics availability, payment support, and carrier availability.
4. Reservation is not a shipment guarantee
A reservation does not guarantee final shipment to every country or address. If we cannot ship to your country or address, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your USD 5 reservation deposit.
5. Address confirmation
We may collect billing and shipping details during reservation or before final purchase. We will ask you to confirm your final shipping address before shipment. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
6. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties
Shipping costs, taxes, VAT, customs duties, import charges, and any other delivery charges will be confirmed before final purchase where possible. The USD 5 reservation deposit does not include final shipping, taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import fees unless expressly stated.
7. Final purchase step
Before shipping, we expect to contact reservation holders with final product details, final pricing, taxes, shipping cost, available countries, and delivery timeline. You will not be charged the remaining balance unless you confirm the final purchase.
8. Delivery delays
Hardware production and international delivery can be affected by manufacturing, certification, supply chain, customs, regulatory, carrier, or force majeure events. If there is a material delay, we will provide an update and refund option where required or as described in the Terms of Reservation.
9. Lost or damaged shipments
Final policies for lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments will be provided before final purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
