This Warranty and Returns Policy explains the current status of warranty and returns for Olfibelle.
1. Pre-launch status
Olfibelle is currently offered through a refundable reservation process. Final warranty, return, and repair terms will be provided before final product purchase and shipment.
2. Reservation deposit
The USD 5 reservation deposit is fully refundable before final purchase confirmation and shipment. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Reservation.
3. Final warranty terms
Final hardware warranty terms are not yet finalized. We expect to provide warranty details before you confirm any final purchase. Final warranty terms may include warranty duration, eligible defects, exclusions, repair, replacement, or refund options, claim process, country-specific rights, and required proof of purchase.
4. Returns after final purchase
The final return policy for purchased devices will be provided before the remaining balance is charged. You will be able to review the return terms before completing the final purchase.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU, UK, or national consumer laws where they apply.
6. Damage from misuse
Final warranty terms may exclude damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, improper power supply, accidents, liquid damage, improper cleaning, environmental misuse, or use contrary to instructions.
7. Safety devices
Warranty coverage will not change the important safety disclaimer: Olfibelle is not a certified smoke alarm, gas alarm, LPG alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire alarm, emergency response system, or medical device.
