Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the Olfibelle refundable reservation deposit.

1. Full refund promise

Your USD 5 Olfibelle reservation deposit is 100% refundable before final purchase confirmation and shipment. You may request a refund for any reason. No explanation is required.

2. How to request a refund

You can request a refund by emailing sales@smart-nanotubes.com. We do not require a separate refund form. Please include the email address used for the reservation and, if available, your Stripe receipt or reservation confirmation.

3. Refund method

Refunds will usually be issued through Stripe to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or unsupported, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and arrange another reasonable refund method.

4. Refund timing

We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days after receiving a valid request and verifying the reservation, and in any case within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

5. If shipping is delayed

The target shipping window for Olfibelle is Q4 2026. If we cannot ship within the target shipping window, we will provide an update. You may choose to continue waiting or request a full refund of your USD 5 reservation deposit.

6. If Olfibelle is not available in your country

If we cannot offer final purchase or shipment to your country, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your USD 5 reservation deposit.

7. If we cancel the reservation

If we cancel your reservation because we do not proceed with launch, cannot serve your market, or cannot complete the order, we will refund your USD 5 deposit.

8. Fees and currency conversion

We refund the USD 5 deposit amount we received. We are not responsible for exchange rate changes, foreign transaction fees, card issuer charges, bank fees, or other third-party charges outside our control.

9. Final purchase terms

This policy applies to the reservation deposit. Final product purchase, return, warranty, and delivery terms will be provided before you confirm any final purchase or pay the remaining balance.
