We do not ask Users to submit protected health information, medical records, diagnosis information, insurance information, clinical notes, or other health data through the Olfibelle website or reservation flow. Please do not submit health or medical information through the website, support channels, refund forms, or reservation forms.
3. HIPAA positioning
Olfibelle is a consumer smart home product and Smart Nanotubes Technologies GmbH does not position the Olfibelle website or reservation flow as a HIPAA-covered healthcare service. We do not claim that the Olfibelle website, reservation flow, or product is HIPAA compliant.
4. If medical information is submitted accidentally
If you submit medical information accidentally, contact sales@smart-nanotubes.com and request deletion. We will review the request and delete the information where legally and technically feasible.
5. Emergency information
Do not use the website or support email for emergency communication. If you face a health, fire, gas, carbon monoxide, or safety emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
